Thai Bodywork: 90 minutes of palming, stretching, relaxing and releasing. Integrative yoga and massage healing techniques.  $75
Private Yoga Tutoring: 90 minutes of personalized yoga instruction designed to fit your needs. t $75
Lovingkindness Yoga:  Through this practice of openness and surrender, we generate lovingkindness, relaxing back into our true nature.(Please wear layers to keep yourself cozy.) Mondays 7:15pm, Bliss Yoga Studio & Wednesdays 7pm, Corinth/Luzerne $10 
Dance Medicine: A dancing shamanic yoga meditation cultivates deep change within us. Mondays 4pm, Bliss Yoga Studio.$10

Kid Yoga: For ages 5 and up. A lighthearted approach that teaches kids how to have healthy bodies, focused minds and happy hearts. One Hour. Wednesdays 5:30pm

Assisted Yoga: 90 minutes. This comforting technique helps the client enjoy all of the benefits of yoga as I guide the body gently into releasing and relaxing yoga postures..  $75
House Calls: Happy to come to your home. Simply add on an a little for gas and miles.$10
